Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and D. Developments, which operates GoBursar ("GoBursar," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using GoBursar, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What GoBursar is

GoBursar reads scholarships and shows you what a committee tends to reward, with sources, gives an honest fit verdict, and helps you write your essay with guidance or a draft built from your real background.

No guarantee of winning

GoBursar does not guarantee that you will win any scholarship, award, or amount of money. Scholarship decisions are made by the committees, not by us, and depend on many things outside our control. We give you research, an honest read, and help writing, not a promise of any result.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use GoBursar, and old enough in your area to agree to these terms. Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Using it honestly

Use only your own real information. Do not upload anyone else's work as your own or misuse the service. Some scholarships prohibit AI-written essays. You are responsible for following each scholarship's rules. We warn you when we detect that a scholarship bans AI essays and will not generate a draft in that case, but the final responsibility for what you submit is yours.

Payments and passes

Briefs and fit verdicts are free. Essay help requires a pass, bought as a one-time payment through Stripe. A Season Pass lasts 150 days from purchase and a Year Pass lasts 365 days. Someone else, such as a parent, can pay for your pass through a link you send them; the pass then applies to your account. Because a pass unlocks digital help right away, purchases are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, email support@gobursar.com and we will try to make it right.

Your content

You keep ownership of the profile, documents, and essays you create. You give us permission to store and process that content so we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. The briefs, verdicts, and drafts are yours to use for your applications.

Our content

The GoBursar name, site, and software are ours. Please do not copy, resell, or scrape the service.

Service "as is"

GoBursar is provided as is. We work to keep results accurate and cited, but we cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free, and sources can change. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoBursar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Ending your use

You can stop using GoBursar at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the service is misused.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use GoBursar means you accept the updated terms.
